We are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation. Please reach out to the bride and groom for any special accommodations.

We respectfully request an adults-only celebration. Children are only included if specifically noted on your invitation or arranged with the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!

The events will take place in Paradise Valley, AZ, and Scottsdale, AZ — the weather in October is typically warm, sunny days and comfortable, cool evenings.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a light layer for the evenings.

The dress code is cocktail chic (think elevated resort wear). We want you to look great and stay cool! Bright colors, bold prints, and fun accessories are highly encouraged. Breathable fabrics like linen, chiffon, or cotton blend are your best friends. The only color we ask you to avoid is white (that one’s taken 😉).

Ladies may wear dresses or chic jumpsuits, and gentlemen may wear a well-fitted dress shirt (tucked or untucked — your call) with slacks or chinos. Skip the tie — seriously, we mean it.

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from the Happily Ever After Party for guests staying in Old Town Scottsdale. Details will be shared closer to the event.

Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are widely available, and rental cars are also a great option if you plan to explore the area, golf, or hike while you’re in town.

Yes, complimentary parking will be available at both events. You’ll find clear signage directing you to designated parking areas for the Happily Ever After Party and street parking will be available for the Farewell Pool Party.

Yes, please celebrate responsibly and plan for a safe ride home.

Guest Release and Waiver of Liability

Josh and Brittney Rose (“The Roses”) Farewell Pool Party – October 24, 2026, 8514 E Heatherbrae Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.

By submitting your RSVP, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk. You understand that attendance at a private pool party involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with swimming, wet surfaces, outdoor conditions, and the consumption of alcohol. You voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any guests you are registering.

Alcohol Consumption. You acknowledge that alcohol may be available at this event. You accept full personal responsibility for your own alcohol consumption and that of any minor or dependent guest you are registering. You agree not to operate a motor vehicle if impaired, and you understand that The Roses and their household are not responsible for your choices regarding alcohol consumption or transportation.

Release of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge The Roses, their family members, and the owners and occupants of the event property from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including personal injury, property damage, or death — arising out of or in connection with your attendance at this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Roses and the property owners from any claims, losses, or costs arising from your actions or the actions of any guests you have registered.

Minor Guests. If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorized to agree to this release on their behalf.

Governing Law. This release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
